New York Attorney General: Kraken May be Violating the Law

According to New York Attorney General, Barbara Underwood, cryptocurrency exchange, Kraken, along with a number of other exchanges may be conducting business unlawfully. 

In the report the New York attorney said the office has referred three of these platforms—Binance, Gate.io, and Kraken—to the New York State Department of Financial Services “for potential violation of New York’s virtual currency regulations.”
